Every child and teenager deserves a safe space to express themselves and work through their challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with two decades of experience working with young people, I offer specialized therapy services tailored to children (ages 4-17) and teenagers. My approach combines age-appropriate therapeutic techniques with compassionate understanding, helping young clients navigate their emotional world while building resilience and confidence.
For Children (Ages 4-12)
I create a welcoming, child-friendly environment where young ones can:
- Express feelings through play therapy and creative activities
- Develop healthy coping skills for anxiety and stress
- Work through family changes like divorce or separation
- Address behavioral challenges at home and school
- Build self-esteem and emotional awareness

For Teenagers (Ages 13-17)
