Starting therapy is a courageous step. To make your first visit smooth:

  • Download and complete intake forms from our website before arrival
  • Arrive 15 minutes early if completing forms in-office
  • Plan for a 45-50 minute individual initial consultation
  • We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan
  • For child therapy, parents attend the entire first session
